Phil’s vision has been to offer a simplified approach to technology with customer centricity at the heart of the business supported by a strong channel community.

Today, SYSPRO is one of the longest standing independent global vendors of ERP software. The company is operational in over 60 countries with a proven track record of industry expertise in the manufacturing and distribution sectors.

He is responsible for upholding good corporate governance, providing support and strategic leadership to the global executive team and ensuring the effective management and growth of the business.

As an avid developer, the Product development function continues to report to Phil, where he provides strategic direction and leadership to the team and ensures that SYSPRO delivers a world class industry-built ERP solution to the market.
